Former Omsk Minister Sues Over Lands at SibNIIKh

Former Minister of State Legal Development and ex-first deputy chairman of the regional government Alexander Butakov will sue over lands on SibNIIKh Street. They were included in the boundary of city forests. This was reported by the combined press service of the courts of Omsk Region.

Butakov is asking to invalidate the rules that establish that his plots belong to the recreational zone. He claims that he has permission to place residential houses on the specified lands.

«In justification of his claims, the administrative plaintiff refers to alleged violations of the norms of the Forest and Urban Planning Codes of the Russian Federation, in particular, the procedure for forest management and accounting of information from the Unified State Real Estate Register during urban planning zoning».

The court hearing will take place on January 28.
