Artem Chebotarev Leaves 'Just Russia — Patriots — For Truth' Party

Artem Chebotarev, a deputy of the Saratov Regional Duma, has resigned from the regional branch of the «Just Russia — Patriots — For Truth» party. The party itself confirmed this information.

Party officials declined to provide details about the incident, clarifying that an official statement may be released closer to the end of the week. Chebotarev himself told the publication «Versia — Saratov» that his decision is connected to his disagreement with the party leadership«s stance.

Chebotarev had headed the party«s regional branch in Saratov Oblast since April 2021. While serving as a regional deputy, he volunteered for the »special military operation« in the summer of 2024. He served on contract for six months in the »Rodnya« (»Kinship«) unit. In January of last year, he resumed his duties in the regional duma.
