Top 3 highest paid entry-level jobs in Don region in 2025
The highest paid job in 2025 in the Don region for candidates without experience was that of a harvester, according to analysts from Avito Raboty.
On average, employers offered them 115,588 rubles per month (about $1,300 at current rates). This is 54% more than in 2024. At the same time, the past year was one of the most difficult for Don agriculture.
In second place are sorters, working in production and warehouses. Their average salary in 2025 was 113,892 rubles per month (about $1,300 at current rates) — 40% more than in 2024.
“Rounding out the top three highest paid vacancies are facade workers. These specialists perform finishing and renovation work on the external surfaces of buildings, including the installation of cladding materials and decorative elements. Average salary offers for the profession in the Rostov region in 2025 reached 113,293 rubles per month (about $1,300 at current rates) (+58%),” the Avito study states.
