Omsk Plant Seeks Shop Head with Salary Up to 300K Rubles

The P.I. Baranov Omsk Plant is seeking a head of the mechanical assembly shop. The position offers a salary of 250,000 to 300,000 rubles per month (approximately $2,800–3,300 at current rates). The vacancy was posted on the «Work of Russia» portal.

Mandatory requirements for candidates include at least three years of experience at engineering enterprises, higher education in the specialty «Engineering Technology», at least three years in managerial positions, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under multitasking conditions.

The employee will be responsible for ensuring production tasks are completed, managing the plant«s product output, overseeing production processes, coordinating work across production sections, organizing production planning and preparation, and leading a mechanical shop with over a hundred workers.
