Nizhnevartovsk Reinforced Concrete Plant Owes Workers 19 Million Rubles

In Nizhnevartovsk, a criminal case has been initiated for the critical delay in salary payments to employees of a local reinforced concrete plant. The company«s debt to workers amounted to over 19 million rubles (approximately $190,000 at current rates), according to the press service of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra prosecutor»s office.
108 employees of the Nizhnevartovsk Reinforced Concrete Plant did not receive their salaries for four months — from August to November 2025. The violation of labor law requirements was discovered during a prosecutor«s inspection. A representation has been made to the company»s head.
«The prosecutor»s office sent the inspection materials to the investigative body, and based on the results of their review, a criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Article 145.1 of the Russian Criminal Code (complete non-payment of wages for over two months),« the supervisory agency reports.
Earlier, we reported that a company from Nizhnevartovsk, which specializes in oil field development, delayed salaries for hundreds of workers. The debt to them reached 14 million rubles (about $140,000 at current rates).
