Former employees of Omsk City Hall leave reviews about their employer on the Dreamjob portal after quitting. NGS55.RU collected the most interesting comments and found out what former city hall workers complain about most often.

Judging by the reviews, the main complaints are overtime and low salaries. One former employee, who worked at the administration for less than a year, said that staying after the end of the workday was common practice.

«The team was very friendly. All girls, roughly the same age. The work was interesting. The salary was miserable. Staying after work was a usual thing. In one small office there were 5 people. Literally sitting on top of each other. Very difficult.»

Some former employees also complained about rare bonuses and emotional burnout.

«No salary increases, rare bonuses, and if there are any, they are very small.»

«Irregular hours, staff burnout.»

Another employee emphasized that working in the administration is not for everyone.

«If you like work with meaning and seeing results, then the administration is not what you need. Overall, it«s normal, convenient, and seemingly prestigious. But it»s hard to feel the result of your work.»

Another former worker cited stability and the team as positives, but also spoke about the need for a salary increase and a change in schedule.

«Stability from this employer, a decent team. That I can be useful as a resident of our city of Omsk. Raise the salary. Make a more stable schedule.»

In Omsk, the highest salaries go to IT professionals. Their average salary is 128,000 rubles ($1,300 at current rates).
