Kuzbass Seeks Tile Layers, Nail Technicians This Summer

Over the past month, demand for specialists in science, management, and service has grown in Kuzbass. The analytical center of hh.ru (HeadHunter) reported on Tuesday, 21 July, which professions are increasingly in demand in the region.

As recruiting experts note, in June, companies in the region increased job searches by 3%, opening 10,200 vacancies. However, this is still 5% below the national average.

The strongest growth is seen in science and education, followed by administrative personnel and then service staff.

Additionally, the top includes workers in restaurants and hotels, agriculture, mining, beauty masters, construction, management, trainers, manufacturing, and service maintenance.

«Many companies are starting to build a talent pool in advance to approach the second half of the year without a staff shortage. This is especially noticeable in sectors with mass hiring,» says the head of research at the job site.

At the same time, high salaries can be found in administrative personnel — 153,900 rubles ($1,500 at current rates), agriculture — 130,600 rubles ($1,300), and mining — 127,900 rubles ($1,300).
