Another 12 specialties remain in short supply in Kuzbass. On Saturday, January 31, HR analysts from one of the popular job search platforms revealed which vacancies are the hardest to fill.

Specialists state that in most professions in the region, the issue of staff shortages has already been resolved. Among those where the imbalance of supply and demand persists, the situation is most acute in healthcare. For every doctor vacancy, there is only one resume. The area also lacks real estate agents — 1.6 resumes per position. The situation is slightly better for janitors — a ratio of 1.9. Turners and electricians have 2.3 resumes per vacancy, cooks, bakers, and confectioners — 2.4, pharmacist-provisors — 2.8, PNR engineers — 3, and locksmiths — 3.2.

Surprisingly, it is even difficult to find chief doctors in medical institutions in Kuzbass — only 3.6 applications per vacancy. For a pharmacy manager position, there are 3.8 resumes.

Moreover, almost half of the listed shortage workers are in the top 20 most in-demand in Kemerovo Oblast. The most sought-after on the labor market are sales consultants, cashier-salespersons, drivers, couriers, sales and customer service managers, machinists, general laborers, electricians, cooks, locksmiths, and doctors.

The top twenty specialists with mass demand also include installers, welders, cleaners, waiters, shift supervisors, accountants, nurses, auto mechanics, storekeepers, and call center operators.

Earlier we reported that transport workers in Kuzbass cannot staff drivers for buses, trolleybuses, and trams.
