It has become known which employers in Novosibirsk Oblast are offering the highest salaries in February 2026. Analysts at the job search platform Zarplata.ru compiled a ranking of profitable vacancies.
The highest-paid vacancy was for a General Director of a manufacturing enterprise, offering a salary from 200,000 rubles ($2,200 at current rates). Candidates must have a higher education and at least three years of similar experience. Responsibilities include operational management of the plant, interaction with banks, regulatory authorities and government agencies, executing strategic tasks, and personnel management.
Up to 180,000 rubles ($2,000) per month can be earned by a CNC machine operator at a factory. The specialist will process materials and manufacture parts on models. Requirements include secondary vocational education, attentiveness, and accuracy. Work schedule: 5/2, workday from 7:30 AM. Employers offer an expanded social package — compensation for rent and mortgage, voluntary health insurance, partial payment for expensive medical services, and free vouchers to the Black Sea coast.
