It has become known which employers in Novosibirsk Oblast are offering the highest salaries in February 2026. Analysts at the job search platform Zarplata.ru compiled a ranking of profitable vacancies.

The highest-paid vacancy was for a General Director of a manufacturing enterprise, offering a salary from 200,000 rubles ($2,200 at current rates). Candidates must have a higher education and at least three years of similar experience.
