Four Yakutia Companies Recognized as Best Employers in Russia

Four employers from Yakutia have been recognized as some of the best in the country based on the annual «hh.ru Rating». A total of 1,792 companies from 69 regions made the list. From the Far East, 42 companies reached the finals, four of which are from Yakutia. They were voted for by 2,500 residents of the republic.

The first rating consisted of 597 companies where the number of employees does not exceed 1,000 people. Yakutia aggregator «Drivee» took 160th place, and the State Autonomous Institution «Multifunctional Center of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)» took 197th. Slightly lower was the company PJSC «YATEK», taking 271st place, but it should be noted that it left 326 Russian companies trailing behind. The leader of the rating was «Ivi».

The fourth employer from Yakutia, considered one of the best in Russia, is PJSC «Yakutskenergo». The organization took 348th place out of 426 large companies in the country, where up to 5,000 people work. The leader of the rating was «SberMarketing».

hh.ru experts noted that the companies that made the rating meet high standards of HR practices — from hiring to firing — and compete in creating a comfortable work environment.
