Experienced tile setters in Primorye promised 135,000 rubles
Tile setters with experience are among the most in-demand professions in Primorye, with salaries reaching 135,360 rubles per month, a study shows.

Experts from the job service «Avito Rabota» studied the demand for working professions in Primorye in 2025 for employees with 1 to 3 years of experience. It turned out that the most in-demand compared to 2024 were receivers— specialists responsible for receiving, accounting, and quality checking of goods and materials in various fields. Demand for them increased 2.4 times (+140%), and offered salaries reached 85,000 rubles (about $850 at current rates).
In second place on the list were production line operators. Demand for them also increased 2.4 times (+139%) compared to 2025, but salary offers are noticeably more modest— on average 57,856 rubles per month (about $579 at current rates).
Also in the top were tile setters, interest in whom increased 2.2 times (+122%) over the year, and the salary turned out to be even higher than that of receivers,— 135,360 rubles per month (about $1,400 at current rates). It is possible that this dynamic is related to the constant construction of new buildings in Primorye.
Separately, experts compiled a list of vacancies that job seekers themselves responded to in different regions of Russia. Most often, they were looking for work as harvest collectors (+115%), production line operators (+89%), and fish processors (+80%).
