Employers in Arkhangelsk Oblast Seek Key Specialists for 2026
Employers from various regions of Russia have named the most in-demand professions for 2026. RIA Novosti reviewed the study. At the top are blue-collar jobs. We tell you which professions are especially needed by businesses, including in Arkhangelsk Oblast.
The most in-demand will be welders, electricians, engineers, technical specialists, and doctors.
«65% of surveyed employers believe that the most scarce in 2026 will be blue-collar jobs, such as welders or electricians. The second line is occupied by engineers and technical specialists (45%), the third — doctors (35%)», — RIA Novosti quotes the study, which surveyed business representatives from Russian regions.
High demand is expected for IT specialists (30%), teachers (28%), and sales workers (27%).
«Delivery personnel, sellers, waiters, and cashiers are in demand by 22% of respondents, according to the study results. Agricultural directions were named by 8% of those surveyed, and lawyers, accountants, and HR specialists — 6%. Marketers, PR specialists, and advertisers were noted by 5%, logisticians — 4%», — writes RIA Novosti with reference to the study.
