A total of 27 professions were in deficit in Primorye Krai in January 2026, according to experts from hh.ru. This most affected doctors and janitors, with 1.2 resumes per vacancy, and agronomists, with 1.3 resumes sent for this specialty.

Also on the list:

  • lathe operators (1.6 resumes);
  • cooks (1.7 resumes);
  • pharmacists (1.8 resumes);
  • sales consultants (1.9 resumes);
  • veterinarians and store administrators (2 resumes);
  • medical representatives, electricians, locksmiths, and geologists (2.1 resumes);
  • commissioning engineers, pharmacy managers, and nurses (2.4 resumes);
  • merchandisers and installers (2.7 resumes);
  • underwriters (2.8 resumes);
  • production line operators (2.9 resumes);
  • debt collection specialists (3.2 resumes);
  • couriers (3.3 resumes);
  • painters, CNC machine operators (3.4 resumes);
  • store directors (3.5 resumes);
  • production and technical department engineers (3.8 resumes);
  • storekeepers (3.9 resumes).

Moreover, 10 of the listed specialties also rank among the top 20 most in-demand in Primorye Krai. These include: sales consultants, couriers, cooks, storekeepers, electricians, store administrators, production and technical department engineers, doctors, locksmiths, and installers.

On January 23, we reported that the most in-demand experienced specialists compared to 2024 were receivers. Demand for them increased 2.4 times (+140%), and offered salaries reached 85,000 rubles (approximately $850 at current rates).
