Chibis explains replacement of capital repair fund head in Murmansk region

Yulia Barsukova, the general director of the Murmansk Region Capital Repair Fund (FKR), has left her post. Governor Andrei Chibis announced the personnel decision.
According to the regional head, the reason for the dismissal was the systematic failure to fulfill instructions related to the implementation of the capital repair program in the Pechengsky District. Despite repeated directives, it was not possible to accelerate the pace of work and complete the repairs within the established deadlines.
As clarified by the regional government, 110 apartment buildings are included in the capital repair program in the Pechengsky District, but a significant portion of the obligations remained unfulfilled.
Andrei Chibis emphasized that the lack of results despite direct instructions was the basis for changing the fund«s leadership.
Yulia Barsukova headed the Murmansk Region Capital Repair Fund since January 2022. She took this position after the departure of the previous head of the FKR, Fedor Denisov, who left the post in autumn 2021.
