Woman Riding Car-Towed Tube Knocks Down Pensioner in Dombarovsky District

Another tubing incident has occurred in the Orenburg region, this time in the settlement of Goluboi Fakel in the Dombarovsky district.

According to preliminary information from the regional police press service, the report came from medical personnel who brought in a 67-year-old woman with injuries characteristic of a traffic accident. It turned out she was hit by a tube on Stepnaya Street: a 25-year-old driver of a Kia Rio decided to entertain his 28-year-old companion by towing her on an inner tube attached to his car.

Despite being sober, the driver«s reputation with the traffic police leaves much to be desired—in 2026 alone he has already been held administratively liable 20 (!) times. The man has now »earned« more administrative charges: under Article 12.24 (traffic violation resulting in light or moderate harm to the victim»s health) and part 2 of Article 12.23 (violation of rules for transporting people).

Recall that, as reported by 56.RU, two other incidents involving tubes were recorded earlier in the region. A driver from Buguruslan was fined for similar «rides» (fortunately, no one was hit), and in Novotroitsk two children collided while tubing.
