Woman Driver Hospitalized After Stavropol Crash
The driver lost control of her Lada Priora on a Stavropol highway and was hospitalized.
An accident in which a person was injured occurred yesterday. The driver of a domestic car was injured after the vehicle overturned.
According to the Stavropol Traffic Police, the accident occurred on 4 February at about 11:00 on the 10th kilometer of the Svetlograd–Prosianka highway. A 30-year-old woman driving a Lada Priora lost control and left the road. The car overturned, and the Stavropol resident was hospitalized with injuries.
It turned out she had about 1.5 years of driving experience. Previously, the woman had been brought to administrative responsibility seven times for traffic violations. She was sober at the time of the accident.
Another accident occurred on 4 February at about 13:30 on Lenin Street in Mikhailovsk. The driver of a Peugeot truck was traveling from Pochtovaya Street and hit a woman who was crossing the road on a crosswalk. As a result, a 66-year-old local resident died from serious injuries in an ambulance.
