Passengers of train No. 15 traveling from Volgograd to Moscow reported a delay. According to residents, the train is stopped in the Tambov region, and the estimated delay is about three hours.

«We are traveling to Moscow on the Volgograd-Moscow train, No. 15. We departed yesterday at 17:13,» write Volgograd residents. «Now we are stopped before Michurinsk, the delay is already three hours. They are not allowing us off the train.»

According to passengers, the carriage is quite comfortable, with an air temperature of +22 degrees Celsius (72°F). Drinking water is also available, but plans for the day, which were made based on the train«s scheduled arrival, had to be hastily rearranged.

Somewhere there, near Michurinsk, the branded train No. 1 from Volgograd to Moscow is also stopped.

«We have been stopped near Michurinsk since three in the morning,» report passengers of the train. «According to the schedule, arrival in Moscow was at 9:30, but the delay is already more than five hours. Even if we move now, we will arrive with a significant delay.»

Passengers say the hot water in the car has run out, but the conductors handed out half-liter bottles of mineral water. The toilets in the car are also operating normally.

Recall that on the evening of February 4, at Kochetovka-2 station on the Tambov section of the South-Eastern Railway, a derailment of cistern cars carrying gasoline and gas occurred, followed by a fire. Six hours later, the fire was reported to be contained, but no information on its complete extinguishment was received.
