The Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) reported the introduction of the regime at 08:52. The Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) announced the closure of the airports in Kazan and Nizhnekamsk at 08:51, noting that the restrictions are necessary to ensure flight safety.
