A horrifying story from Borsky District (Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Russia, near Nizhny Novgorod): there, a group of girls brutally beats their peers and small children, filming what is happening. The youngest victim is just seven years old. The girl was violently beaten, forced to undress, and made to jump into a cold body of water. She returned home with severe abrasions, bruises, and scratches. She told her parents that she was kicked in the stomach, among other things, and that a clump of her hair was torn out.

«My daughter cried and begged: “Don’t hit me.” And they enjoyed it when they were beating her», — says the injured child’s father.

Another girl was beaten in her own home. The victim’s mother said her younger daughter phoned the older one to say she was being beaten. The older sister found the group in the apartment humiliating her sibling. They beat the girl and forced her to kneel to apologize. In addition, according to the parents, the teenagers stole belongings from the child’s apartment — they reportedly stuffed no fewer than three bags with items.

These attacks on children are not isolated. Most often, four schoolgirls are involved in the fights, and one of them does the beating. It turned out that the girl’s mother is in prison, and she is being raised by her grandparents.

The grandparents say their granddaughter was driven to this life because she had been bullied at school for several years.

The school cannot influence the situation. The principal told parents they cannot simply expel the problem student; at best, she could be transferred to another institution. The police have not yet commented on the situation.
