A woman in Yekaterinburg reported being groped by a man who reached under her skirt in broad daylight on July 21.

A female resident of Yekaterinburg reported harassment by a passerby. According to Sofia, on the afternoon of July 21, she was walking along 8 Marta Street when a stranger attacked her.
The victim recorded the man on video.

«A man in the city center reaches under skirts. I was crossing from Mytny Dvor (shopping arcade) and felt someone’s hand between my legs from behind. I turned around, instinctively slapped his hands, and shouted, «Are you crazy?» After that, he walked quickly forward, constantly looking back at me. Along the way, he also approached women. But seeing the camera, he moved away from them,» the victim said.
The woman noted that she has not yet filed a police report.

The next day, the woman filed a report, and photos were handed over to the police.
