One person may be trapped under the debris of a shopping center on Naumova Street, 26 in Novosibirsk, according to the regional EMERCOM.
Upon arrival, the first fire and rescue units determined that the roof and second-floor structures of a two-story administrative building had collapsed.
As stated in the report, based on information from the administration, one person may be inside the building. Search and rescue operations are being conducted.
