According to available information, the boy was initially sitting at a table, then suddenly stood up and ran towards a room. He was found downstairs.
According to the Tyumen Region Health Department, at about 22:41, passersby stopped a nearby ambulance crew. Five minutes later, an anesthesiology and resuscitation team, called by witnesses, also arrived at the scene.
«The medics fought for the patient»s life — performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation, but unfortunately could not save him. We offer our condolences to his family and friends,« the department reported.
The press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Tyumen Region confirmed that an investigation into the incident is underway and all circumstances are being established.
