Missing Teenager Found After 10 Days

In the Nizhny Novgorod region, the search for a 14-year-old teenager who went missing 10 days ago has ended. The search organizers reported that the schoolboy was found — he came home on his own.

The boy was last seen on Sunday, July 12, around 5:30 p.m. He left his home at 20 Chapaeva Street in the village of Krasnye Baki and had not returned since. Police, volunteers, and local residents joined the search.

The search and rescue team «Volunteer» clarified that the search was terminated because the teenager turned up. Relatives sent a corresponding notice. The boy came home on his own, no one helped him.

Earlier, social media speculated that the teenager might have run away due to conflicts with his grandmother and even beatings. However, volunteers refuted these versions, noting that the relationship between the young man and the relative was normal. The exact reasons for his disappearance have not been established yet.

Earlier, the body of a 30-year-old man was found in the region; he had floated away on a raft and gone missing in the Varnavinsky district. Details of this story have already been reported.
