The incident occurred on the afternoon of February 4 in the Luga district of Leningrad Oblast. A military van struck a canteen building in the village of Zaklinye.
According to eyewitnesses, the vehicle smashed through a window of the canteen, located on Batetskoye Highway. As a result, glass shards scattered across one of the tables inside.
Preliminary data indicate no casualties from the incident.
