In Ufa, a car hit a person on Salavat Yulaev Avenue. The accident occurred at the interchange near 50 Let SSSR Street. Note that there are no traffic lights or pedestrian crossings on this section.
UFA1.RU sought clarification from the GIBDD (State Traffic Safety Inspectorate) of Bashkortostan. The press service of the agency reported that traffic police officers have arrived at the scene of the accident and are investigating the circumstances. According to preliminary information, the injured man was himself driving along Salavat Avenue in a car, but suddenly stopped the vehicle, got out onto the road, and was hit by a car.
«He survived but sustained injuries and was taken to the hospital,» the GIBDD of Bashkortostan told UFA1.RU.
