Kirovsky District schools evacuated after bomb threats

Another district has been swept up in a wave of alarming reports. Information about bomb threats at educational institutions has also been received here. Evacuations are underway.

The head of Kirovsky District, Nikolay Novopashin, wrote on his social media that checks are being conducted due to bomb threat reports:

Gymnasium No. 1 in Novopavlovsk;

School No. 2;

MBOU (Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution) School No. 4 in the Cossack village of Zolskaya;

No. 7 in the settlement of Kommayak;

No. 8 in Gornozavodskoye;

No. 9 in Staropavlovskaya;

No. 10 in Orlovka.

Currently, students and staff are being evacuated at these institutions, and specialists are inspecting the buildings and surrounding areas for suspicious objects. Local residents are asked to remain calm and not to panic.

Unfortunately, a similar situation has arisen in Essentuki, Lermontov, Kislovodsk, as well as in Budyonnovsky and Predgorny districts. Children are also being evacuated from several educational institutions there.
