According to preliminary data, two incendiary devices known as «Molotov cocktails» were thrown into the building of the aid point.

The fire at the humanitarian aid collection point for participants in the special military operation was recorded on the evening of February 4. Initially, St. Petersburg residents reported smoke in the area of the Lesnaya metro station.
Suspicion for throwing the Molotov cocktails falls on a girl who has not been detained but remains at the scene.
During the inspection of a box that this girl had threatened to blow up, a live pigeon was found inside.
