Icicle falls on pensioner in Ufa, woman hospitalized

A pensioner in Ufa was hospitalized after an icicle fell on her. The woman suffered head injuries, a source told UFA1.RU.

According to the source, the incident occurred at house No. 29 on Kalinina Street in Chernikovka. That is where the expert research department of the customs service is located — it conducts examinations of food, cars, and goods.

The woman sustained a concussion and a traumatic brain injury. Preliminary, the icicle caused cuts. She was taken to City Clinical Hospital No. 13 with the injuries.

«Discharged after examination, treatment on an outpatient basis,» the Ministry of Health added.
