Heating Network Accident Disrupts Supply to Krasnodar's GMR

In Krasnodar, several buildings in the Gidrostroiteley Microdistrict have been left without heating and hot water due to an accident on the heating network. The issue was reported on January 21 by Krasnodarteploenergo.

According to the company, power outages over the weekend led to disruptions in the heating network«s operation. A leak was detected on an underground main near Ignatova Street. The main pipeline is damaged.

Work is being carried out on the grounds of School No. 46 in GMR. Specialists are currently conducting excavation work to open up the section and localize the rupture.

Due to the accident, heating and hot water supply have been temporarily cut off on the following streets:

• Gidrostroiteley Street, 13 and 15;

• Ignatova Street, 61 and 65;

• Trudovoy Slavy Street, 8.

Krasnodarteploenergo promised to provide additional information on the timeline for completing repairs and restoring heat supply.
