Timofey Taylokov, assistant to the head of Graivoronsky District in the Belgorod Region, was killed in a Ukrainian Armed Forces (VSU) attack on January 20, as reported by local governor Vyacheslav Gladkov. Taylokov was responsible for security issues in the administration. During the day, Kyiv struck a commercial facility in the village of Golovchino with drones, and he went to the impact site to assess the damage and help residents. At that moment, according to the regional head, another drone attacked a nearby parking lot.

‘Timofey Murotalievich sustained severe injuries. Emergency doctors tried to do everything in their power, but the injuries were incompatible with life,’ said Vyacheslav Gladkov.

The governor expressed condolences to the family and close ones of Timofey Taylokov, calling his death an irreparable loss:

‘A man of extraordinary courage, he never shied away from difficulties, in the hardest times he was where it was most difficult, helping people.’

Timofey Taylokov was 42 years old and is survived by two small children. For information on how Voronezh is restoring residential buildings damaged in VSU attacks on December 10, 2025, and January 10 of this year, see the article on Voronezh1.ru.
