Today, July 21, Voronezh once again came under attack from Ukrainian forces. Just before dawn, residents were awakened by sirens, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations warned of an immediate drone strike threat. Meanwhile, in many other regions — including the Black Earth region — a missile threat had been declared earlier, and Belgorod was shelled.
Governor Alexander Gusev reported that air defenses destroyed one Ukrainian drone over Voronezh. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties or damage. As of the time of publication, the threat of further drone attacks remains across the entire Voronezh region.
Meanwhile, in the Rostov region, Ukrainian forces attacked overnight with both drones and missiles, igniting a forest fire. In Vladimir, a drone struck an apartment.
