In November last year, five carriages collided on the tracks of the Plamya railway station, which is located in the Omsk district, near the village of Privetnaya. This was reported by the Omsk transport prosecutor«s office.

According to the supervisory authority, the incident occurred because shunting operations were being carried out at the station, that is, moving rolling stock. The track owner — ZMK Most LLC — concealed the incident.

«The transport prosecutor submitted a proposal to the company»s management to eliminate violations of the law, based on the results of which the official was held disciplinary liable and sent for an extraordinary certification,« the supervisory authority noted.

ZMK Most LLC is an Omsk-based company that manufactures construction metal structures, products, and their parts. The founder of the organization is Most LLC, and its general director is Oleg Dvoinykh. Revenue at the end of 2024 amounted to 4 billion rubles (approximately $40 million at current rates).

Also, administrative cases were initiated against the responsible person under two articles — «Violation of rules for safety of movement and operation of railway transport» and «Failure to provide information.»
