The call came in at around 22:00 on July 20. The ambulance could not drive along the road on the right bank of the Ob River to the village of Sokolovo. After the heavy rain, the section became almost impassable.

Rescuers came to help, pulling the ambulance out of the mud with a tow rope and helping it continue on its way. After that, the EMERCOM employees made sure the medics safely reached the patient«s home, but on the way back, the ambulance got stuck twice more, and the firefighters again towed the vehicle.
