Fatal accident near Arzamas claims three lives
A fatal collision on the R-158 highway near Arzamas resulted in three fatalities.
Details have emerged of a horrific accident near Arzamas that occurred on the R-158 highway the day before. Employees of the «Corporation for the Development of Industry and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region» were killed in the crash. This was reported by the regional State Labor Inspectorate.
The accident happened on the R-158 highway near Arzamas on January 20. A Škoda and a Chevrolet collided there. Two people were killed in the crash, and two more were injured. Today it became known that one of the victims has died.
As it turned out, all the deceased were employees of the «Corporation for the Development of Industry and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region». Among them were a 51-year-old driver and a 57-year-old senior project manager. A 47-year-old project manager was seriously injured and hospitalized, but doctors were unable to save him.
The employees were traveling to Arzamas on a business assignment and planned to visit one of the local enterprises.
It is known that the organization is responsible for supporting entrepreneurs in the region and optimizing these mechanisms. The company is subordinate to the Nizhny Novgorod Ministry of Industry and Trade.
