In the footage, passengers are seen trying to walk through a snowdrift to the train«s entrance. People are swearing and helping each other board the train.

«What, is he drunk or something?» a woman off-camera complains.

«Listen, I can«t get in here!» another woman says, trying to step onto the footboard.

«We«ll help as best we can — come on!» a woman who has already boarded encourages those ahead. She extends a hand and, together with another passenger, helps people into the car.
