A drone flew into an apartment of a multi-story residential building in Vladimir tonight, 21 July — Governor Alexander Avdeev reported this on his MAKS channel. A fire broke out covering 25 square meters, and the fire has already been extinguished. «There were no residents there. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties. Emergency services are working at the scene. An evacuation is underway,» the regional head said.
In Lipetsk, production facilities caught fire on Peredelcheskaya Street; the fire, covering about 2,500 square meters, occurred on an open site. «Additional forces and resources of fire and rescue units have been dispatched to the scene. All emergency services are working on site. Information about the cause of the fire and casualties is being clarified,» wrote Governor Igor Artamonov on his MAKS channel at 05:39. At 07:03, Artamonov, citing the Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM), reported that no one was injured.
During the night of 21 July, missile danger was declared twice in Lipetsk Oblast — at 00:30 and 03:19. In the Yelets, Yeletsk, Dolgorukovsky, Stanovlyansky, and Izmalkovsky districts, a red level of drone attack danger was in effect from 03:04 to 05:12.
In the Rostov region, a forest caught fire in the Milutinsky district overnight due to falling UAV debris. According to Governor Yuri Slyusar, no people were injured and there is no threat to populated areas. The fire was still being extinguished at 7 a.m. The region was attacked not only by drones but also by missiles — they were destroyed in Rostov-on-Don, as well as in the Konstantinovsky, Oblivsky, Bokovsky, and Sovetsky (rural) districts.
