Drone attacks hit four cities, one district in Rostov region

On the night of 5 February, drones struck Rostov-on-Don, Taganrog, Bataysk, Novoshakhtinsk and Azov District, the governor of the Rostov region, Yuri Slyusar, has said.

«Unfortunately, there were consequences. In Bataysk, a man was injured — the driver of a truck damaged by falling drone debris. The victim was hospitalised and is in a moderate condition. According to preliminary assessments by doctors, his life is not in danger. In total, in Bataysk, five cars that were in the parking lot of an agricultural enterprise and a warehouse building were damaged. No fires have been reported,» Slyusar wrote on his Telegram channel.

He also clarified that in Novoshakhtinsk, the facade and window panes of a private house were damaged. The family — four people — does not need to be evacuated.
