Stanislav Berg, the director of the center, stated that services are provided in full compliance with safety standards. He explained: «There is no fault of ours. We have all the signs on the track and trained workers. This was purely a human error. No one approached us or asked to call an ambulance. But we are ready to contact the victim»s mother and provide assistance.«
The incident occurred on February 1 when a visitor speeding on a rubber tube sled hit the child on the slope. The boy was diagnosed with a displaced fracture of the left humerus, requiring two surgeries.
