Children of Scandalous Trainer Beat Dogs with Bottles in Kemerovo
The specialist recommends explaining to children the rules of handling animals
A video showing domestic dogs being beaten with empty five-liter bottles has spread across social media and caused an outcry in Kuzbass (Kemerovo Region, Russia). The animals were abused in the home of a scandalous local trainer who had insulted plus-size women online, our colleagues at kuzbass.aif.ru found out on Tuesday, 11 August.
The footage, posted by Kemerovo resident Alexander Belkov on his personal page, drew the attention of local dog handler Irina Solovyova. In the video, the fitness trainer«s children hit two dogs — a Staffordshire terrier and a bull terrier.
«I couldn«t stand aside. I»m actually shaking from this video… The dog is in a catastrophic borderline state. It fights back with its teeth, but it doesn«t bite. It drives them away and with its whole body says: »I don«t like this, it hurts, don»t do this, back off.« But as soon as it turns and goes to its crate, the attack resumes. Most likely this mockery happens quite often,» the specialist notes.
According to the dog handler, children«s behavior and parents» reaction to it most often lead to tragedies. Under stress, animals can become highly aggressive.
«And then tragedies happen, under which people write: «A fighting breed dog mauled a child, attacked suddenly, nothing foretold it…,» Solovyova writes.
Earlier, Belkov«s name was widely discussed on social media because of his videos in which he insults plus-size women. At the time, another blogger who noticed the videos asked law enforcement to check a store connected to the fitness trainers for illegal sales of banned substances.
Recently in Kuzbass, a case occurred that the dog handler had spoken about. During a walk, a Staffordshire terrier suddenly lunged at a dachshund and bit it to death. Moreover, the owner of the fighting dog beat a disabled girl who tried to protect the animal.
