A report of the fire was received by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MChS) for the Murmansk region at 16:28.
— Firefighters promptly arrived at the scene, and by 16:36 the fire was completely extinguished, — the MChS for the Murmansk region told journalists from 51.RU.
