In Kamensk-Uralsky, an 80-year-old woman was hit by a bus at a pedestrian crossing. She was crossing the road on a green traffic light when the accident occurred. The victim was hospitalized.
Camera recordings depict the incident where the bus collided with the woman at the marked crossing.
Representatives of the traffic police (GIBDD, the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate) provided details:
It is known that there were 20 passengers on the bus at the time of the incident, none of them were injured. Traffic police officers are working at the scene of the accident. All necessary procedural actions are being carried out to establish a complete and objective picture of what happened. An inspection has been appointed.
