Bomb threats reported at schools in Lermontov
Emergency services were dispatched to schools in Lermontov following bomb threats.
A spate of bomb threat reports continues in Stavropol Krai. New threats were recorded in Lermontov, city authorities confirmed.
As reported by the city«s mayor, Yelena Kobzeva, emergency services were immediately dispatched to the specified addresses. She did not disclose which educational institutions received the threats. An investigation is currently underway, and all circumstances are being clarified.
This is already the second alarming incident of the day. Earlier today, bomb threat reports were received at a number of schools in Yessentuki. Several educational institutions were involved — Nos. 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. Emergency services also responded to those locations.
The information is being verified; there is no official confirmation of the threats at this time.
