As reported by Shot, the victims were thrown several meters by the blast wave, and emergency medical personnel are working with them. The fire area has already reached 150 square meters.
Updated at 14:18: At noon, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (MChS) received a report about a fuel tanker fire on the premises of a gas station.
«Upon arrival of the first fire and rescue units, the MAZ truck (fuel tanker) was burning over its entire area, and there was a threat of fire spread,» said the press service of the MChS for KhMAO-Yugra.
The fire was extinguished within 40 minutes over an area of 150 square meters. As a result of the incident, two people were injured. They were taken to a medical facility.
Earlier, we reported on a terrible accident in Nefteyugansk District. According to preliminary information, a 41-year-old driver of a MAN truck crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a KAMAZ. After the collision, both trucks caught fire.
