According to Plan: Rostov Residents Allowed into Apartment Building Hit by Drone

Residents are now being allowed into the entrance of the multi-story building in the Leventsovsky neighborhood of Rostov-on-Don that was hit by a drone. However, they can only enter to retrieve documents and valuable belongings.
It was previously reported that the entrance might collapse. But later, authorities reported that, according to preliminary expert opinion, it will be possible to preserve it. Currently, load-bearing structures are being reinforced there.
«Safety work to reinforce the load-bearing structures of the entrance damaged in the aerial attack is proceeding according to plan. Today we began allowing residents in to retrieve documents and valuable belongings. We are continuing the work,» said Nikita Paremuzov, head of the Sovetsky District of Rostov.
A drone attacked Leventsovka on the night of January 14. In the multi-story building that the drone hit, apartments caught fire. A man died, while his son and wife managed to escape. Concerned citizens collected over two million rubles (approximately $22,200 at current rates) to help them. Four people were injured.
