A six-kilometer traffic jam has formed on the Yekaterinburg Ring Road due to a car accident.
The video from the scene of the road accident was filmed by one of Yekaterinburg«s residents.
According to video from the scene, two Gazel vehicles were involved in the accident. The driver of one of the cars was taken away by an ambulance team.
The press service of the Yekaterinburg State Traffic Inspectorate provided details: «Preliminary information indicates that the driver of a Gaz vehicle failed to maintain a safe distance and collided with a vehicle moving ahead in the same direction.» A reader who reported the incident wrote: «Accident on the Yekaterinburg Ring Road. Traffic police have blocked two lanes. Traffic jam from the direction of Berezovsky.»
