A fire broke out in a stable near Novorossiysk on the morning of January 31. The stable is located on Korolenko Street in the hamlet of Kamchatka. This was reported on January 31 by the press service of the regional Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM).
According to the department, the roof of the building caught fire over an area of about 170 square meters. At the time of the fire, one person and 21 horses were inside, facing danger.
Rescuers managed to evacuate everyone in the building. No one was killed as a result of the incident.
The preliminary cause of the fire, according to EMERCOM, could have been an unattended iron that was left on.
