2,701 children urgently evacuated from Lermontov schools

In Lermontov today, a bomb threat was received at several schools. The signal was received by the dispatcher of the Unified Duty Dispatch Service (EDDS, 112).
After the alarming call, special services immediately arrived at the addresses. The educational institutions had to be urgently evacuated — 2,701 children and 177 staff were evacuated. This was reported by the mayor of the city, Yelena Kobzeva, on her Telegram channel.
Emergency and law enforcement services are currently working on site. A check is being carried out, and information is being clarified.
This is another episode in a wave of bomb threat reports that swept through the Stavropol region today. Earlier, similar threats were received at schools in Yessentuki.
No official data on the confirmation of the threats has been received so far.
