Pervomaysky District Heat and Hot Water Cut Again

The Pervomaysky District faces further heating and hot water shutdowns.
Heating and hot water will be temporarily cut off again in Murmansk«s Pervomaysky Administrative District, AO Murmansk TETS (Murmansk Heat and Power Plant) reported.
Earlier, on February 3, a partial shutdown was already carried out in the district for equipment repairs at the Southern Boiler House. However, the defect could not be fully eliminated. To prevent its further development, equipment damage, and ensure the safety of employees, it was decided to carry out another restoration repair.
When the shutdown will be:
from 11:00 p.m. on February 4 until 7:00 a.m. on February 5, 2026.
What will be shut off:
heating;
hot water supply.
The shutdown will affect residential buildings, administrative buildings, and socially significant facilities located in the heat supply zone of the Southern Boiler House.
Re-calculation will be made
Murmansk TETS clarified that a re-calculation of utility fees will be made for the period without heating and hot water.
Addresses of buildings affected by the shutdown
The shutdown will affect buildings on Kola Avenue, as well as on Kopytova, Geroyev Rybachyego, Bondarnaya, Pervomayskaya, Shevchenko, Shcherbakova, Babikova, Shabalina, Baumana, Bochkova, Dostoevskogo, Krupskoy, Beringa, Orlikovaya, Lomonosova, and other streets. Last night, from February 3 to 4, Murmansk TETS carried out emergency repair work at the Southern Boiler House. To fix the malfunction, part of the equipment was shut down, and 365 buildings in the Pervomaysky District temporarily had no heating.
