Omsk to Spend 11 Million Rubles on Studying Heat Losses in Heating Mains
Losses in the networks are one of the reasons for cold apartments.
The company JSC «Omsk RTS» has announced the start of a search for a contractor who will conduct a study of heat losses on the networks for 11 million rubles (approximately $110,000 at current rates).
This involves large main heating mains from thermal power plants to the heat chambers of JSC «Omsk RTS». Information about the procurement is posted on the «Rostender» website.
According to published documents, the contractor must check heat losses on several dozen lines running from TPP-2, TPP-3, TPP-4, TPP-5, and the Kirov district boiler house by September 15. Their total length is 275 kilometers.
The deadline for applications from bidders is February 8, the results of the competition are scheduled for April 10, and after signing the contract, the contractor must begin research, which includes testing the networks for heat losses.
