In the Oktyabrsky District, they decided to resettle and demolish an entire low-rise quarter. According to the city hall, a total of 39 dilapidated houses and two more not recognized as dilapidated fell under renovation in the microdistrict. The corresponding resolution was adopted by the authorities on November 6, 2025. In total, the comprehensive redevelopment territory (CRT) included an area of slightly over 60.5 thousand square meters within the boundaries of Koshurnikova, Dobrolyubova, and Stofato streets. In December 2025, residents of multi-apartment two-story buildings received a demand to demolish their houses.
